2. My Review : I have been with hostgator for about 6 months. I have had no problems with them, the price is great and everytime I email support, I get a reply back in about 10 mins. which is great. No need to wait around, things I ask them to do are also done right away in a very professional manner. They also DIDNT close my account when I could’nt make a payment for a few days. They are one of the best hosts I have used and do reccomend them to others.

2. My Review : I’ve got a few sites hosted on here and have moved around packages quite a lot. Their online support facility is unreal. Theres ALWAYS people online to help you - whatever be the situation. If you are stuck on payment, a simple email to hostgator sales and they are very understanding and leniant.

5. Reliability ( Out of 10 ) : 9 - Was down once with power issues once arrived at a clients place to showcase thier new website. Was a little embarassing, but that was just very unlucky.
6. Value for Money ( Out of 10 ) : 9 - I’ve seen cheaper for what seems to be the same feature wise, but thier support outrates anyone else in my opinion.

2. My Review : Every thing is perfect. support price uptime and speed the only thing which hurted me recently is that i wanted to start a video site but found that they dont support ffmpeg so i had to drop the idea. On consulting them they rejected/refused to add this feature in hosting.

2. My Review : I have been a HostGator customer for almost 2 years now. I have the reseller plan that I use to host my sites and various customer sites on. My experience with them has been very good. A short time ago, my server was having problems. After speaking with customer support I was actually directed to an area that relays messages about specific network / server issues. Although the problem went on for 4 days, the host gator staff was on top of it trying to resolve this issue. They finally replaced the server and everything has been fine since. Initially I was upset about the problem, but then came to the conclusion that they did take care of the problem and they stood behind their uptime guarantee by giving me a refund. The only problem that I really have with them is the fact that you can contact support via live chat and about 95% of the time I am asked to put in a support ticket after speaking with them. Don’t understand why they can’t put the ticket in if they are not able to solve the problem.
